Bob's was, as always, responsive and reasonably priced. Our vehicle was towed to Kolosso's, so Bob's bills Kolosso and they add the cost to the service without markup. I'm my opinion, Bob's is the best in the Valley.
Instead of taking my money and leaving when I lost my key and needed to get the car to the dealership to purchase a new one, the tow truck worker gave me a locksmith's number which saved me 200$ in honda key fees and the tow. 100% excellent service and I would definitely trust them with any car, honest and good!

I live in the Appleton area, but had my vehicle break down 1.5 hours away in Wausau. I waited over 4 hours for a tow that never came & was referred to Bob’s towing by a friend. I spoke directly with Hunter, who was amazing! He immediately reassured me that he could leave quickly to come out & tow my car back to Appleton.
Blew a flat today at a gas station MINUTES before my shift, realized I didn't have a Car Jack, a friendly Worker from Bob's Towing pulled up and asked if I needed help. Then to my embarrassment, not his fault he didn't embarrass me, he taught me how to properly change a tire. So he helped my flat tire, gave me a lesson and helped me get to my shift on time. I never caught his name, but he certainly got a customer for Bobs now. 10/10 WOULD and will reccomend this business
